Ice Cream Empire ("we", "our", or "the App") is a single-player factory tycoon game. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used.
Information We Collect
Ice Cream Empire does not require an account and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
- Game progress — saved locally on your device (funds, recipes, factory upgrades, settings).
- Language preference — stored locally to display the App in your chosen language.
- Brand portfolio photos — images you choose to capture or import stay on your device unless you share them elsewhere.
Device Permissions
The App may request the following permissions for optional brand portfolio features:
- Camera — to photograph your factory, products, and branded kiosks for your portfolio.
- Microphone — to record ambient factory sounds when capturing video tours of production lines.
- Photo Library — to attach images to recipes, packaging designs, and marketing campaigns.
Permissions are requested only when you use portfolio features. You can deny or revoke them at any time in iOS Settings. Denying permissions does not affect core gameplay.
Data Storage & Security
All game data and portfolio media are stored locally on your device using iOS secure storage mechanisms. We do not operate external servers that receive your gameplay or media files. Uninstalling the App removes locally stored progress unless backed up by iCloud or device backup.
Third-Party Services
Ice Cream Empire does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or social login providers. The App works entirely offline after installation.
Children's Privacy
The App is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because no personal data is collected, no parental consent mechanism is required under COPPA.
Your Rights
You may delete all App data at any time by using Reset Progress in Settings or by uninstalling the App. For privacy-related questions, contact us using the support section below.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the App or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Need help with gameplay, lost progress, or permissions? We're here for you. Ice Cream Empire is fully offline — most issues can be resolved on your device.
How do I reset my game progress?
Open Settings → Reset Progress → Confirm Reset. This permanently clears all saved data and cannot be undone.
Why does the App ask for camera or photo access?
Camera and photo library access powers the optional Brand Portfolio feature. Core factory gameplay works without these permissions.
Is my progress backed up?
Progress is saved locally. If you use iCloud Backup or transfer to a new device via backup, your save may carry over. There is no cloud sync account.
Which languages are supported?
English, Arabic, German, French, Hindi, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, and Ukrainian — switch anytime in Settings.
Does the game require internet?
No. Ice Cream Empire runs entirely offline after download. No subscriptions or in-app purchases are required.
